We have a tiered licensing structure based on client volume, a client is a user who places an order with LogicBill and has access to the client area in LogicBill. Here are some common licensing questions, below.
You cannot have multiple instances of LogicBill, for this you would need multiple licenses. Each license only permits one installation.
Each of our licenses include six months access to our license area, during which time you can login and freely download any updates made in that period and access our support. Post this period, you would need to renew to regain access.
No, you do not need to renew to continue to use your existing installation. Actual installations are not restricted to a six months license - if you choose not to renew your license you may continue to use your installation. If you wish to access support or upgrades however, a renewal would be required.
